Midcentury Modern Renovation

A floorplan was remodeled in AutoCAD in order to fit the clients needs. The client was a single person who likes to entertain. Therefore they needed a big kitchen and guest room as well as a space for a family eventually. A home gym was also needed. They wanted the design to reflect Midcentury Modern. Perspectives of 6 spaces were then created using SketchUp. A hand drafted kitchen floorplan was also created.
