A home with an in home business. The floorplan was designed and drawn in AutoCAD. All of the furniture, finishes, lighting, decor, and artwork were then selected. Schedules for these were created and then each were placed into the floorplan and perspectives. Furniture plans, rendered floorplans, electrical plans, lighting plans, and reflected ceiling plans were drawn. Custom built ins were designed and placed in the perspectives as well. Perspectives of every space were then drawn in SketchUp. The perspectives were then rendered in Enscape.
